Injectual Terms and Conditions 

Booking and Deposit Policy:

• A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking for all Injectual appointments. This deposit can be paid online, over the phone, or in the clinic.

• Consultations are free, and the £50 deposit is fully refundable if you attend the consultation but choose not to proceed with treatment.

• If you proceed with treatment, the deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment or skincare products and must be used within 3 months.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be held on file and can be applied toward future treatments or products within 3 months.

• Late cancellations or changes (within 48 hours of your appointment) will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• For courses, packages, or subscriptions, a missed appointment will result in the deduction of one treatment from the remaining sessions.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If payment is delayed, your appointment may be offered to someone else.

Refund Policy
Injectual clinic only employs GMC/GDC/MNC registered practitioners to administer treatments and therefore does not issue refunds for any treatment previously provided. If you are unhappy with the result of your treatments. Injectual Clinic will, in certain circumstances offer an alternative treatment should your practitioner agree, that further treatment may be required to achieve results, this will be discussed with your practitioner at your review appointment. Patients who do not attend review appointment will not be eligible for any form of reparation.   
Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals. All items & purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 General T&C's

• A 14 Day cooling off period applies to all purchases, a refund will be issued under the guidance that no treatments have been redeemed and any products remain unused and unopened. 

• No refunds on any services received, if you are unable to continue with treatment for medical reasons you must obtain a report from your Doctor and submit to Injectual for review. Where a refund is granted the pay as you go cost per session for any treatments used to date will be deducted from your total refund value. 
• Upon review with your Aesthetic Practitioner if it is determined that an alternative treatment is better suited to you Injectual will offer a ‘credit’ to your account to be used against a different treatment and/ or package. Treatment credits are determined after pay as you go costs are deducted for sessions redeemed.
• All Injectual packages have an expiry of 18 Months from date of purchase.
• Where package appointments are missed or are amended outside of the Injectual 48 hour policy they will be counted as a used appointment and redeemed from the package. 
• If you feel you have experienced a reaction from a product you must report this to Injectual for investigation, in some cases this may be reported to the manufacturer following the completion of a thorough review. 
• Where payments instalments for memberships or packages are agreed you will be required to sign an agreement with Injectual, missed payments will result in your treatments being paused until payment is received. 
• Purchases made using a third party finance option are not eligible for any discounts.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
• Deposits are required for all new bookings and single treatments, this deposit is non-refundable and can be used against treatment within 3 months, in the event that you can no longer attend the appointment we require 48 hours notice. Amendments made within the cancellation period will result in the deposit being held on your file as ‘credit’, amendments outside of the cancellation period will result in the deposit being counted as a cancellation fee. 

Laser Hair Removal T&C's 

• All patients must be 18 years and older.
• Laser hair removal is not available to those pregnant or breastfeeding.

• All patients must undergo a patch test prior to undertaking Laser hair removal treatment, this will be performed 24-48 hours before your treatment. 
• If you have had sun or UV exposure within 6 weeks before treatment you will be required to attend another patch test appointment before commencing with your treatment.
• When packages are purchased all areas included in the package will be treated on the same day of your booked appointment, Injectual is not able to split the areas into multiple appointments. 
• If you are an existing Injectual patient but it has been more than one year since your last Laser Hair removal treatment you will be required to attend for a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment.
• Pre-defined Laser Hair removal packages will not be deducted in price if areas are removed, the areas you treat will be agreed with your practitioner at the time of undertaking the package. Should you wish to add areas at a later date this will incur an additional charge.
• Where possible you must attend your appointment with your skin free of make-up, deodorant, perfumes and oil based products, your Aesthetic practitioner will cleanse the areas to remove products however, products can lay dormant in the pores and result in an adverse reaction. 
• It is your responsibility to inform Injectual of any changes to your medical history and/ or sun and UV exposure prior to your treatment, if we are unable to treat you on the day of your appointment due to failure of notice this will result in the forfeiture of that session.
• Aftercare protocol will be provided to you, it is your responsibility to adhere to these instructions.

Complaints Policy 
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or care, in line with our verbal complaint’s procedure, please contact management, who will, in a vast majority of cases, be able to resolve any difficulty.  If you wish to make a formal complaint, you should do so in writing, to:

Complaints Process. 
1.    Written complaints acknowledged in 2 working days (unless a full reply can be sent within 5 working days). 
2.    You can expect a formal written response made within 21 working days. 

Abuse of Patients and Staff 
All patients attending the Injectual Clinic will be always treated with respect and dignity. No member of staff has the rights to be abusive to patients or their visitors and any such incidents will be treated as a disciplinary matter. Equally, Injectual Clinic does not condone the abuse of staff members by patients or visitors and if such a situation occurs, The Clinic reserves the right to refuse any future care.
